"The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind"
Katrina - Founder at Get Curious Counselling
At Get Curious Counselling, I aim to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and personal experiences. The practice is built on a warm and collaborative approach that empowers clients to discover where they are stuck and how to find their next step forward. Sometimes in life we encounter difficult times and may struggle to make sense of things. Maybe you're experiencing increased levels of stress, anxiety, a sense of being lost, or a persistent low mood that goes beyond what you consider 'normal.' Perhaps you're seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, wanting insight into why you feel and act the way you do, or wish to rediscover a sense of vitality in your life. At times like this, talking to the right person can make a world of difference.
I offer a confidential, compassionate and safe space in which to explore whatever issues you want to and help you reconnect with yourself.
With specialist training in grief, suicide bereavement, domestic abuse, women's issues, anxiety, depression & trauma, I understand the complexities surrounding these issues. Together we can explore any challenges you experience and recurring patterns you would like to change. I approach each client with respect, sensitivity and a commitment to offering individual care for your needs.
