GET CURIOUS COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Helping you make sense of life's difficult moments with curiosity, compassion and care.

Katrina - Founder & Therapist
Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating grief, living with the impact of trauma, facing relationship difficulties, or simply finding life harder than it once felt, therapy can offer a space to pause, make sense of your experiences and reconnect with yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to make sense of it alone.
At Get Curious Counselling, I offer a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where we can gently explore what has brought you here. Together we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you better understand yourself, your experiences and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, I offer both in-person and online therapy. My work brings together Gestalt psychotherapy, EMDR and somatic approaches, recognising that difficult experiences are often held in both the mind and the body. Whether you're looking for support with anxiety, trauma, grief, low mood, relationship challenges or life transitions, we'll work together with curiosity, compassion and care to help you move towards lasting change.
Healing often begins when we gently become curious about our experience.
At Get Curious Counselling, I believe meaningful change begins with understanding rather than judgement. Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore your experiences with compassion, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
