Complimentary Introductory Call

Take advantage of our complimentary 15-minute online call to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and see if we are the right fit for your needs.

On-line Sessions

We believe everyone should have access to high-quality therapy, no matter where they're located or how busy they are. Online sessions can provide the flexibility and convenience needed and allow us to work together in a safe and supportive environment.

In Person Sessions

Our in-person therapy sessions offer a welcoming environment where you can explore your feelings in a safe and comfortable space. Our therapy room provides the perfect setting for self-discovery and healing.

Get Curious is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help with your mental health, you can access NHS services by calling 111, or in an emergency, 999.

Alternatively call the Samaritans on 116 123 or text "SHOUT" to 85258 (free from all major UK mobile networks) and you'll be connected to a volunteer for an anonymous conversation by text message.
