What are we about?
At Get Curious Psychotherapeutic Counselling, we believe that everyone can benefit from a compassionate, humanistic approach to therapy. We offer both online and in-person therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. From grief and suicide bereavement to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, we provide a safe space for you to explore your emotions and work through your challenges.

On-line Sessions
We believe everyone should have access to high-quality therapy, no matter where they're located or how busy they are. Online sessions can provide the flexibility and convenience needed and allow us to work together in a safe and supportive environment.
In Person Sessions
Our in-person therapy sessions offer a welcoming environment where you can explore your feelings in a safe and comfortable space. Our therapy room provides the perfect setting for self-discovery and healing.
