Workplace Therapy & Wellbeing
We all bring more than our professional selves to work
The pressures of everyday life, relationships, responsibilities, worries and sometimes experiences that are difficult to carry don't simply disappear when we arrive at work.
Many organisations already recognise the importance of supporting their employees' mental health, often through an Employee Assistance Programme. But there can be something particularly valuable about having a therapist actually there, in the workplace.
Someone familiar. Somewhere confidential to talk. The opportunity to step away from the demands of the working day and make space for whatever might be going on, whether that's something happening at work or in life beyond it.
I offer organisations the opportunity to bring that support into the workplace, through regular, face-to-face therapeutic sessions alongside their existing wellbeing provision.

Individual Therapy
Confidential face-to-face support for employees.
Workshops & Wellbeing
Practical sessions exploring emotional wellbeing and everyday challenges.
Guided Practices
Short mindfulness and grounding practices employees can use throughout the day.
A regular therapeutic presence
Having a qualified psychotherapist available on a regular basis gives employees somewhere familiar and confidential to turn, whether they're navigating stress, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties or challenges in their personal or professional lives.
Support can range from a single conversation to a series of therapeutic sessions, depending on individual needs.
Appointments are booked directly and confidentially, without employees having to explain their reasons for seeking support to their employer.
Arrangements can be tailored to the organisation, from a regular weekly therapy day to a combination of individual sessions, workshops and short wellbeing practices.
Confidentiality matters
Although the organisation funds the service, individual sessions remain confidential, subject to the usual professional and safeguarding limits.
Employees book directly, without needing to involve their manager or HR. Personal therapeutic information is not shared with the organisation.
A little about me
I'm a Registered MBACP psychotherapist with a background in Gestalt therapy and additional training in EMDR and somatic trauma therapy.
My experience includes private practice, specialist suicide bereavement support, on-site therapeutic work and group facilitation. I also create guided mindfulness and grounding practices for Insight Timer.
I'm currently welcoming enquiries from organisations across London and the Chilterns interested in regular, on-site therapeutic support.
